The Dashboard provides an overview of pending production tasks and field service support kits. Users can filter units based on the estimated shipping date, allowing for efficient management of upcoming workloads. Parameters listed in the dashboard include:
- Unit number (serial number)
- Estimated shipping date
- Sales order number
- Model
- Client
- Rep
- Production status
Users can further refine their search using various filters. Clicking on individual units provides access to their detailed pages.

The Detail page of each unit consists of three important parts:

Detail - Overview
Displays general information about the unit, including model number, status, unit name, description, serial number, and sales order number. Users can edit these fields by unlocking the overview section.
2- Task
The Task section in Phocus Production Management is designed to streamline the production process by providing a comprehensive list of tasks that need to be completed for each unit or project. Each task is assigned a unique number and categorized based on the models they support and the type of work they entail.
List:
In the List section, users can view all available tasks for production. This section serves as a centralized hub for managing and tracking tasks throughout the production process.
- Task Number:
- A unique identifier assigned to each task for reference and tracking purposes.
- Task Name:
- A brief description of the task, providing an overview of the work to be completed.
- Task Description:
- Detailed information about the task, including specific instructions, requirements, and objectives.
- Category:
- The category to which the task belongs, such as assembly, testing, quality control, or documentation.
- Type:
- The type of work involved in the task, such as fabrication, assembly, inspection, or documentation.
- Estimated Time Required:

- Accessing the Task List:
- Users can access the Task section from the Phocus Production Management interface.
- Viewing Task Details:
- Users can view detailed information about each task, including its name, description, category, type, and estimated time required.
- Filtering Tasks:
- Users can filter tasks based on various parameters, such as category, type, or model, to narrow down the list and focus on specific tasks.
- Selecting Tasks:
- Production managers or team leads can select tasks based on priority, urgency, or resource availability.
- Assigning Tasks:
- Once selected, tasks can be assigned to specific production staff or teams responsible for completing them. Assignment may involve specifying the staff member, start date, and any additional instructions or notes.
- Tracking Task Progress:

- Staff Name:
- This parameter displays the name of each production staff member.
- Task Number:
- Indicates the unique identifier associated with the task assigned to the staff member.
- Sales Order Number: :
